Return and Refund Policy

At Rocky Sports, we stand behind the quality of our sports gear and athletic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unused, with original tags and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rockysports.store with photos of the defect, and we will arrange a free exchange.

Refunds

For approved returns, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 business days after we inspect the returned item.
